RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

U.S. Exchanges

  • Exchanges that we receive with requests for out of stock items will be refunded back to your card.
  • Exchanges must be in like new condition with tags intact to qualify for exchange.
  • Items we exchange are shipped to you free of charge once they have been processed.

 

Return Policy

We're sad to hear things didn't work out for you, but hey there is good news: we accept returns within thirty (30) days of purchase (or by the date listed on your receipt) for most items in new condition.

Here are more details about making returns. We wont accept any return that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached. Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. We try our best to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned in unusable condition we will send it back to you.

Kabayare Fashion currently does not offer a pre-paid returns program, if you would like us to process your refund, exchange or store credit you will be responsible for sending your package back to our local warehouse. Once it arrives we will process it based on your requests and email you with an update.

Note: Kabayare Fashioin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when returning or exchanging your product. If you are experiencing issues with your package contact your shipping provider. 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Items marked as Final Sale, Jewelry & Metal Belts, Fragrance & Scented Items, Panties, Skincare Products and Diraac Dresses.

 

U.S. Returns

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund will be sent back to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) within 2 - 7 business Days.

  1. Start your return by writting on the your packaging slip or inlcuding a small note inside the package you plan to return.
  2. On the note make sure to include if you would like a refund, exchange, or store credit and give us more details if you would like an exchange to different item.
  3. Choose a carrier to mail the items back to us with UPS, Fedex, or USPS
  4. Mail the item back to our warehouse address:

Note: Once the item(s) have arrived back to our local warehouse we will process the return and send you an email confirmation that verifies that we have received the package and have processed it.

 

International Returns

You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. At this time we dont accept International Exchange we will process a refund or store credit upon receiving your return package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

  • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
  • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit never expires.
  • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
  • Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
  • To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your Kabayare account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “Store Credit” page.

GIFT CARD

  • Gift Cards can only be used online at our website, www.kabayarefashion.com.
  • Gift Cards cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat Gift Card's like cash.
  • Gift Cards Cannot be discounted by promotions or seasonal events.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Gift Card will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Gift Cards expire 1 year after purchase, Be sure to use them before they expire.
  • Gift Card's are only provided in U.S. Dollars.
  • Your use of a Gift Card constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
  • To view your Gift Card Balance, log into your Kabayare account or add a full set of items to card and click apply gift code and it will deduct the balance.

Purchasing a Kabayare Gift Card is easy! Simply click here to be directed to our Gift Card page. Once there, fill out the form with the recipient's name and email as well as the amount of the Gift Card and an optional personal message. Once you have finished the form, click the Add to Cart button. The gift card will then be added to your cart like a regular item. The recipient will receive the virtual gift card via email once you have paid for your order. Please note that all Kabayare Gift Cards are VIRTUAL, and no physical card or gift card will be mailed.

GIFTS
When returning a gift, Kabayare Fashion will issue a Gift Code to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The code can be used for purchases from any Kabayare Fashion or store, and online.

If you are to ever receive a damaged, defective, or not fully quality controlled item contact us immediatly as we takes this very seriously.
