Job Description

Ideal candidate will be a meticulous, detail oriented individual who has a positive, can do attitude. The position will support the fulfillment operations in our Lansing, Michigan facility. The individual should be passionate about our mission of bringing products and services that can help people live a Modest lifestyle. The position will report to the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of functions that supports the fulfillment of customer orders
• Meet and exceed productivity standards while working safely, adhering to quality standards, and adhering to policies and procedures
• Handle multiple tasks in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Take an active role in creating a positive and enjoyable work atmosphere
• Keep fulfillment center and work area neat and organized at all times

Job Description

Serves customers while providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.

General Guidlines

• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• The sales representative must maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work and portray a favorable image of the company.
• Identify prospects, customers, and referral sources and develop/maintain relationships to ensure the attainment of company business goals.

• Specialized Ticket Departments:
• Renewing and transferring of live tickets or emails
• Assisting with shipments and emails regarding shipping status
• Issuing updates to customers upon request
