The shipping window is closing

Eid al-Adha falls on May 26-27, 2026 — about two and a half weeks away. If you are still deciding what to wear, this is the moment to choose. Domestic US orders ship within 2-3 business days, so an order placed by May 22 arrives in time for the celebration.

We have been doing this since 2011. Across fifteen years, we have learned that the women who put off Eid shopping are not procrastinators — they are the ones holding the family together right up until the day. The cooking. The cleaning. The guests. We see you, and we have made the choosing part easier.

What to wear, by occasion

For Eid prayer in the morning

The morning is for fresh, modest, breathable. A flowing abaya in a light fabric — chiffon, satin-finished crepe, or breathable polyester — paired with a soft hijab in a complementary tone. You want something that looks intentional but does not require a full hour of preparation.

The Animal Print Silk Chiffon Dirac, the Pretty Linen Cardigan Abaya, and our Black Nida Abaya are all in stock and built for this moment.

For the family gathering after prayer

This is when the styling matters more. The aunts will notice. The cousins will notice. You want a piece that holds its own without trying too hard. Our take: a kaftan in a rich color (jewel tones, deep burgundy, evergreen), or a flowing maxi dress with subtle detailing. Something photographable, something comfortable enough to sit in for two hours of food.

Our Royal Blue Moroccan Print Set and the Burgundy Velvet Butterfly Kaftan are both options if you want to make an entrance without making a production of it.

For the children running through the house

Practicality matters. You will be on your feet, lifting plates, hugging relatives. A dirac with light fabric that drapes well and does not catch on door handles. Stretch is your friend. Hand-wash later, do not stress about a bit of mango on the sleeve.

On not over-buying

One Eid outfit, chosen well, beats three pieces that get worn once and forgotten. We are part of a slow modest fashion movement that resists the fast-fashion pressure to refresh wardrobes every season. The piece you wear this Eid al-Adha can be the same piece you wear next Eid al-Fitr, restyled, accessorized differently, photographed in a different light.

If you are looking at our catalog and find yourself between two pieces, ask yourself which one you can imagine wearing again in eight months. That is the right one.

A note from us

Eid al-Adha is the festival of sacrifice — Ibrahim's willingness, the lessons of patience, the generosity of feeding your community. A new outfit is the smallest part of all that. But for a brand that has dressed Muslim women for fifteen years, getting it to you on time is something we take seriously.

If you have questions about sizing, fabric weight, or whether a piece will arrive in time, our team responds within four hours during business days. Reach out before you buy. We would rather help you choose right than ship you the wrong thing.

Eid Mubarak in advance, from our family to yours.
