Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date for domestic orders (United States). No exceptions.

International orders have a 30-day return window from the delivery date.

Refunds

Full-price items returned within the return window will receive a full refund to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, as these are paid to the carrier to transport your order.

For international orders, we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.

Sale & Clearance Items

Items purchased on site-wide sale, clearance, or with a discount code (20% off or higher) are returnable for store credit only. No cash refunds for discounted items.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued as a one-time use code. Once redeemed, the credit is applied and cannot be refunded, modified, or transferred.

Purchases made with store credit cannot be refunded.

Item Condition

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free of stains, fragrance, animal hair, tears, or any sign of wear

Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to you at your expense or recycled. We appreciate your understanding.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

You will need to provide clear photos of the damage along with your order number. Our team will evaluate the claim and respond within 24 hours with a solution.

If you wait beyond 7 days to report damage, we will be unable to provide a replacement, refund, or credit.

How to Return

  • Write your order number on the outside of the package.
  • Include a note inside stating whether you would like a refund or store credit.
  • Ship the package using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any trackable carrier.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs — we do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for packages lost in return transit.
  • Keep your tracking number until your refund or credit is confirmed.

International Returns

We accept international returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit.

Please write your order number on the outside of the package and include relevant customs information to avoid delays.

We cannot refund duties, taxes, or international shipping charges.

Processing Time

Refunds and store credits are processed within 1–5 business days of the return arriving at our shipping facility. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, Kabayare will issue store credit to the gift recipient for the value of the returned item. Gift returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and follow the same condition requirements listed above.

E-Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. Please treat gift cards like cash.

Wardrobing Policy

We do not accept returns from customers who have a pattern of returning every purchase. This practice, sometimes called "wardrobing," is not something we support. If we identify this pattern, we respectfully reserve the right to decline future returns. This only applies to those who abuse our return policy.
