Dandelion's Twilight Bati Dress

I have not received my order yet. I was sent an email stating they were unable to deliver my dress.
I attempted to contact sender of email twice on the 19th with no response. Also, attempted to call the 517 number given in email but have not heard from anyone yet. Please assist if possible. I'm sure it's just an unfortunate mixup as I have purchased clothing from your company before and have been very pleased with my orders.

The cotton material of this dress feels very comfortable. Although a bit long for shorter individuals, this dress has a very nice loose fit.

I ordered three of these for the first time I usually stick to the maxi dresses....The quality of the fabric is nice and just as pictured but the stitches were not they were crooked, not straight and already coming loose when I opened the package. Very disappointing especially from somewhere I've ordered multiple times with no problems. The dandelion dress also was stitched with a black thread that is very bold and you can see from a mile away around the neck and bottom smh. why not use the same color as the dress??

I am so happy with this dress absolutely lovely. I ordered it in black and it is so pretty.

I got three of these dresses an their amazing I get so many compliments I was kind of hesitant at first to wash and dry them because I thought they’d shrink tremendously but then again it’s cotton so it was a slight shrinking which is normal I’m 5’10 and it still hits the ground I will be ordering more . With that I just wash them in the machine and Air dry them to keep the longevity of the dress.
