We currently offer refunds for an order returned within 14 days of the purchase date for "full priced items".
Items that are on "sale" or have been placed with a "discount code" are only returnable for store credit or exchange. "Clearance" Items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Items must be non-used, in new condition with tags on the product to qualify. We will not process refunds for products with animal hair, stains, marks, fragrance, tears, or any sign of wear. These items will be returned to you at your expense or recycled. We appreciate your understanding.
Returns for a refund will be sent back to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, PayPal, etc). We do not refund shipping as this is paid to the shipping company to transport your order.
We do not offer refunds for customers who return orders repeatedly or consistently also know as "wardrobing". If we suspect this, we respectfully decline your future orders
We offer (1) exchange per order "You can exchange the entire order or a single item but, this can only be provided (1) Time per order.
We offer this option for an order that is returned for a different size, color, or product within 30 days of purchased.

Prepare Your Return
Start your return by writing on the packaging slip or by including a small note inside the package you plan to return.
On the note make sure to include if you would like a refund, store credit, or exchange.
If you choose exchange please provide exact details of what size, color, or product.
Sending Your Package
Use our provided packaging or your own and travel to a local USPS, UPS, Fedex, or shipping carrier to return your package.
We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels or returns at this time. You are responsible for returning your package.

Receiving News & Updates
Once the package arrives back to our shipping facility we will process the returned package within 1 - 5 business days.
At the time of processing we will send you an email confirmation confirming we have received the package and are working to complete your return.
We will issue credit to you if you return an item to us beyond 14 days up to max of 30 days.
Once store credit is used it its gone. Be very sure of what you intend to purchase as the credit cannot be refunded, modified, or edited.
We cannot process refunds for purchases made with store credit.
Returned purchases requesting store credit will be processed free of charge.
Gift Cards can only be used online at Kabayare. Once a gift card has been purchased we cannot refund it.
Please treat Gift Card's like cash.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 1 - 5 business days of arrival to our shipping location.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Kabayare is not responsible for lost of stolen packages when returning.
Item should be in non used condition including original tags on the product.
Any products with stains, fragrance, tears, animal hairs, or in worn, used, or damaged condition will be sent back to you at your expense or recycled.
Non - Returnable
This is a list of items that cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Items Marked as Final Sale, Jewelry & Accessories, Fragrance & Scented Items, Panties & Undergarments, Skincare Products, Dirac Dresses. These items cannot be returned.
When returning a gift, Kabayare will issue a store credit to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
The credit can be used for purchases at Kabayare online. This credit follows the same guidelines are store credit.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, torn or has any problems from a manufacturing defect contact us within 7 days of receiving the item in order that we can assist in provide a solution.
If you wait beyond 7 days and notify us at a later time we will be unable to replace, refund, or provide any credit for the item.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for international returns for store credit or refund.
At this time we don't accept international exchanges or process exchange requests.
Please write your order # on the outside of your package when returning your item.
Make sure to include relevant information to make the process for your return is not delayed by customs.
